Simple Homemade Female Teen Joker Costume

This is my daughter, Haley. She has always been an out of the box girl. So when her Girl Scout Troop decided to with the theme super hero & super villain, she immediately wanted to be the “villain”.

So the Joker it was. We conveniently were able to find all the outfit needs at our local goodwill. Including the tie! She had a lot of fun being evil.
