DIY Peacock Halloween Costume with Homemade Tutu

I was a peacock for Halloween last year. I made a tutu using purple, turquoise and green tulle. I covered a black corset in peacock tail eyes and made the tail using a black hand fan and put the long peacock tail feathers on that so it would spread out evenly and fan out behind me.

I added that to a belt that I could hide between the corset and tutu. I added a feather to a headband, and made a mask that I painted black and bejeweled and added feathers to.

I got the most compliments on this diy peacock costume and I was VERY proud of it.
